Another Intergang goon trying to get in on the Reign of the Supermen action, this one had no powers, but only wielded a "Krypto-Blaster". Kind of interesting, actually, to see a street level Superman with a domino mask and a scrappy acrobatic fighting style.What backstory this guy thought up for himself isn't known. He says he's the real Superman, but no explanation is given for his powerlessness, and more importantly, for his East Coast accent. Superman might have lost his powers in the fight with Doomsday, but he would NEVER drop the final "g" on a word. Never-endin' battle indeed.
